If you are thinking of joining the military, then you need to get serious about ASVAB exams. These tests are usually conducted to ascertain whether applicants measure up to the military task. Therefore, expect some questions, including but not limited to marital status, health, drug use, education, and arrest record before you are allowed to take the ASVAB exams. ASVAB practice tests are normally administered at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Stations). However, these exams can be administered at a Military Entrance Test (MET) if you live far from MEPS. MET sites are mostly situated in Federal government office buildings.

Before you can be allowed into ASVAB testing room, you need to have a valid identification. It is recommended that you turn up for the test early to avoid being turned away. In many instances, lateness can see you reschedule your test. You may get a ride to and from the session from your recruiter—it’s allowed. But remember that recruiters are not allowed into the testing rooms.

Paper and Pencil Administration

In paper and pencil administration, once you have been checked, the examiner will give some instructions and give out the answer sheets and test booklets. Be keen and only proceed when instructed to do so. Computer Administration

For this type of test, expect a shortest test than in the paper and pencil administration. When taking this test, you work at your own pace, and the best part? You don’t have to wait for others to complete the sub test before you can move into the next sub test.
